WOW!

If you remember our goal this month was a $200.00 book order. If we reached that goal we could earn 6000 bonus point for our class library. I have never done this before and I must admit at first I wondered if it was possible.

Well, we met and exceeded that goal. Our total book order was $389.00 that earned us actually 7500 in Bonus Points ( Scholastic had some other special offers I was able to use that increased the Bonus Points past the 6000 mark.) I used about 3000 points right away to get some new books for our library. Thank you all so much on behalf of the students of Room 205. What a great start to a great year! I'll keep you posted on the expected arrival of our shipment.

I just checked and our order has shipped, expected arrival date is Wednesday 09.29.10!

Update: We received one carton after school, so some students will have books waiting for them on their desks in the morning.
