P.A.T.

The students of Room 205 have earned their first P.A.T. (Preferred Activity Time). When they have reached 50 class points they earn 30 min. of P.A.T. They earn points by getting a green flag in the cafeteria, getting compliments, and any other time when they are just really doing a great job. Of course points can also be lost by getting a warning flag in the cafeteria for example.


During P.A.T. they may draw, read, play games, bring a hobby from home to share, arts & crafts. In years past students have brought collections to share, crafts to share with other students like beading for example, board games, photo albums, etc. It is a good time for them to share their interests with their classmates.


I ask that they not bring electronics, games cards like Pokemon or Yugi-oh, expensive, valuable or breakable items.


I am very proud of my students for having earned 50 points already this year.
